As your personal trainer, I’m curious to know what your goal is, what your purpose for setting this goal is. For example, your goal is to lose 50 pounds, and your purpose for doing so is to look your best on your wedding day. With these things in mind, we can move forward with your weight loss program in an effective manner.
We’ll talk about where you are right now with your overall health and wellness, and discuss ways we can put workouts, fun activities, and healthy meal choices at the top of your priority list in an easy and efficient way. Together, we will develop a strategy to incorporate your goals and purpose as well as your values into your weight loss program. As your fitness trainer, I will do everything to help you stay focused by holding you accountable in your daily choices.

We can schedule an in-person session or video for your workout, meet at a workout location, or whatever we can do to best get you started with your new activities. We’ll work on a meal plan and ways to affordably and easily manage it. Finally, we’ll have a fitness tracker worksheet to track your progress and choices which we will review regularly.
